She began Moksha Living after 10 years of yoga and psychology practice revealed a practical science of fulfillment and healing. In addition to using traditional psychotherapy approaches, Michell's practice approach tailors an individual approach for each client's needs that can include Hypnotherapy, Yoga and Transcendental Psychology interventions.
